Thus, you can surely access it using your phone. For example, you can download and install the tor-browser on your phone, and then could access the unethical net.
But, using dark servers through your mobile can be dangerous, you may compromise your privacy during the process.

No, the use of the Dark net is not safe at all. You may find some content that states the dark web is anonymous, but, in reality, one can be traced out from the Dark Web as well. Moreover, your privacy or your data may be accessed by someone else from the Dark Server. That’s why it is not recommended to use it unnecessarily.
